On the 7th of April, NextChapter eCommerce will organize a livestream event together with Buckaroo, ChannelEngine and Active Ants, called: "Marketplaces: growth model of the future". An interactive, honest, exploring and inspiring must-see for anyone who is currently selling on marketplaces, is planning to do so, or has the desire to become a marketplace themselves.

What to expect?

This livestream event consists of two interactive discussions, in a talkshow setting. Both sessions will be hosted and moderated by Bas (entrepreneur on flipflops) Urlings.

Session 1: Marketplaces from starter to international ambitions
In this first session Bas Urlings will lead the discussion with Maurice van Franck from ANWR Garant about topics like: how to decide between starting your own marketplace or joining an existing platform? What are the do's and don'ts if you want to grow your marketplace to an international business? Our CEO Michiel Bestebroer and Flip Roose (Buckaroo) will join and share their latest insights regarding these topics.

Session 2: Building blocks for international marketplaces growth
After the break, Bas will talk with Bert van Son (MUD Jeans International), Niels Floors (ChannelEngine) and Ronald Metselaar (Active Ants) about how to choose the best building blocks for international expansion: connecting with an excisting or general marketplace, and how to organize marketing and fulfilment.
